STEVEN SCHNEPP (President) has collaborated on theatrical presentations for more than 25 years.  Starting his career as a press agent in Dallas, then house manager in Austin and then tour company manager to 125+ cities, he began booking Les Miserables for Cameron Mackintosh in 1989 and has been booking shows ever since.  He formed AWA Touring Services in 1999 and went on to form Broadway Booking Office NYC in 2007.  Steven was the associate producer for The Light in the Piazza tour and served as executive producer for OVATIONS! Concert Celebrations of Great American Musicals in Chicago, featuring Strike Up The Band starring Bea Arthur, One Touch of Venus and Babes in Arms. He is a contributing writer for the new book, Theatre Management:  Producing and Managing the Performing Arts.  Steven is an active member of The Broadway League, a voter for the Tony Awards and a member of the Association of Theatrical Press Agents and Managers.

TEMAH HIGGINS (Executive Vice President) started her career at 16 years of age as an usher at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. She subsequently held several positions at the Kennedy Center, including Programming Manager for all dance, jazz, festival and performance art presentations, including The Royal Ballet, Theatre Des Westens, Laurie Anderson, Circus Oz, and Paris Opera Ballet. Prior to joining BBO NYC she was the Vice President for Booking and Engagement Management at AWA Touring Services providing booking, marketing and logistical oversight for multiple theatrical productions. Temah is a member of The Broadway League, a voter for the Tony Awards® and a member of ATPAM. She is thrilled to work with such wonderful clients, colleagues and friends at BBO NYC.

DAVID FREELAND (Senior Booking and Engagement Manager) started in the theatrical booking field back in 1998, when he began working with his wonderful colleagues, Steven Schnepp and Temah Higgins (and, later, Kent McIngvale and Jen Salez), at AWA Touring Services.  Since then he has been involved with the booking and engagement management of many Broadway tours.  One of his most valued experiences was helping take Les Miserables to China and Korea during the summer of 2002.  A writer and music journalist, David has authored the book Ladies of Soul and numerous magazine pieces.  He holds an MA in Cultural Anthropology from Columbia University.

KENT McINGVALE(Vice President, Marketing and Press) has created innovative, specialized marketing and press campaigns for touring Broadway, variety and family productions since 1999. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Purdue University and studied music and biology at the University of Alabama.  An active musician, he plays the bassoon and sings occasionally in a variety of venues. His favorite part of working ‘on the road’ is traveling (he counts Tokyo, Japan as his favorite ‘advance trip’!) and knowing the special people in our industry.  See you soon!

JEN SALEZ (Vice President, Marketing and Press) has been in love with the theatre industry since she first stepped on stage in The King and I in 1987. She began her “behind the scenes” career in theatre with Broadway/San Diego – A Nederlander Organization and served as the Press & Marketing Manager for many Broadway national tours at AWA Touring Services.  Jen graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications and Film from San Diego State University. She has served on the Board of Directors at Christian Community Theatre in San Diego, CA and has worked artistically (both on stage and off) at The Old Globe, Starlight Musical Theatre, HERE, La Jolla Stage Company and the San Diego Chamber Orchestra. Favorite role onstage: Sheila in A Chorus Line.  Favorite role offstage: mommy to her English Bulldog, Ella. A proud member of ATPAM.
