WAISTWATCHERS, The Calorie-Free Musical is a show for those who have tried it all - from grapefruit diets, to the Zone to water calisthenics. This hilarious new musical celebrates our love/hate obsession with weight. Enjoy songs like “Measure for Measure,” “Refrigerator Tango” and “Scales of Injustice,” and you’ll know that laughter can help you tackle any challenge. This world-premiere musical has an original score by Stan Collins and lyrics by Alison Burns, with book by Judy Lisi (president of the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center) and additional material by Karla Hartley. It is co-directed by Hartley and Rick Criswell. The Tampa Tribune calls WAISTWATCHERS “A satisfying, calorie-free treat.”
